In this course, learners will develop the skills and experience necessary to improve their public speaking abilities, their understanding of expression and performances, their knowledge of logic, critical thinking, argumentation, proper debate structure, their acumen of current events, and their research skills. All of these improvements are designed to take them to a level of confidence in the field of communication. There are five major categories of study: literature interpretation, platform speaking, spontaneous speaking, debate, and one of three special events: mock trial, running a professional meeting or podcasting.
