Session Details:
Geometry is a two-semester A-G course that covers all California state standards for Geometry. This is a full-curriculum course that does not need to be supplemented with any outside materials. Depending on the student’s plan for higher education, this class can be taken as part of an Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 sequence (recommended for students that take Algebra 1 9th grade or earlier); OR Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Geometry sequence (recommended for students that take Algebra 1 in 10th Grade). Honors Credit Add-on (Charter approval needed) is available for students. Students will enrich their course experience by exploring the applications of the concepts they learned through project based learning. For self-paced classes, you will be given access to the material one unit at a time. Even though there are no actual due dates, there are suggested ones to help you finish the course by the end of the school year. Students have the freedom to move faster or slower as needed.
NOTE: any previous selections may be lost! Verify your class choices.
